At Aurelia Adventure, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your digital purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for details on refunds and exchanges for digital products.

Refunds for Digital Products

We want you to love your digital design files, templates, or artwork! If you experience any issues or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact Us:
    Email us at support@aureliaadventure.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for:
    • Files that are corrupted, defective, or not as described.
    • Accidental duplicate purchases (please notify us immediately).
  • Refunds are generally not available for:
    • Completed and delivered custom design work (unless the product is defective or not delivered as agreed).
    • Change of mind after files have been downloaded or accessed.
    • Failure to read product descriptions before purchase.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Once we review your request, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges & Corrections

If you receive a digital file that is incorrect, incomplete, or defective, please contact us right away. We’ll work quickly to provide the correct file or make any necessary adjustments at no extra cost.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized digital designs that have been completed and delivered (unless defective)
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable”
