Free Returns on All Orders

We offer free returns on all orders within the USA.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain products (such as custom or personalized items) may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for details.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:
  1. Contact us at support@aureliaadventure.com or text 1-682-277-4521 within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  3. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Personalized or custom items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
